We ship USPS usually the same day or the next day. Customers should receive their package within 5 business days.
City Hemp Rx cannot ship any CBD products to Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska or South Dakota as laws in those specific states prohibit it.
City Hemp Rx cannot ship any edible CBD products to Maine, New York, North Carolina, and Ohio as laws in those states prohibit it.
Indiana: Other Restrictions and Prohibitions
Kentucky: Smokable CBD Flower are prohibited.
New Hampshire: Hemp cigarettes: hemp cigars; chew, dip, smokeless material consisting of hemp leaf material or hemp floral material; and hemp leaf material or floral material teas are prohibited
Texas: Guideline issued by the New Hampshire Liquor Commission in 2018 and revised in June 2019 states that Hemp-CBD may not be added to foods or alcohol products in New Hampshire
Vermont: The sale and marketing of Hemp CBD foods and cosmetics is allowed so long as
these products meet specific testing and labeling requirements. However, the definition of “consumable hemp product” does not include smokable products. HB 1325 expressly prohibits the processing and manufacture of products “containing hemp for smoking.” “Smoking” is defined as “burning or igniting a substance and inhaling the smoke or heating a substance and inhaling the resulting vapor or aerosol.”
CBD cannot be combined with meat or dairy; maple syrup has its own rules.
We accept returns. You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item to our warehouse located at 2513 Covington Ct, Murrysville, PA 15668, USA. We will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return.
If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
